How to give

  2. Membership fees (initiation $1,000 per share or annual dues $50 per share) are separate from voluntary donations.
  3. Make the check payable to Friends of Big Bug Mesa Road, Inc.
  4. Mail the completed form and check to 7760 E. State Rte 69, Ste #C5-201, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314, or deliver it to a board member.
  5. In the memo line, note “Membership,” “Donation,” or both.
