Become a member

Ask the board to open a membership on your parcel. This emails [email protected] and files the request in the register — it does not create voting shares by itself. A board member still confirms the lot, the share cap, and the people on the membership.

• One active membership per parcel.
• Shares follow acreage, capped at 20 per lot.
• Founding initiation $1,000 per share · annual dues $50 per share.
